Our hangar's tire bay went from 2 hours a wheel to 40 minutes after the tool crib swap in March
We traded the old manual bead breaker for a hydraulic one and added a second torque wrench station, so nobody waits on the shared tool anymore. Curious if other shops saw the same jump or if we just had it that bad before.
