Saw a guy at the hardware store in Tacoma with a basket full of potatoes and a single wire rack
He was telling the cashier he was going to try making air fryer potato wedges for the first time. It made me think about how many people are just starting out with these things. What's the best first recipe you'd tell someone to try?

What's easier than tossing frozen fries in there to learn the settings?

Exactly, frozen fries are the perfect test run. I did that with my new air fryer, just kept checking them until they looked right. Now I've got the timing down for everything else.
