Voice memos replaced my entire note system in 3 weeks

I used to type everything into a notes app, but last month I switched to recording quick voice memos after every meeting and suddenly my follow-ups make sense. The AI transcription catches details I always missed, like names and deadlines, without me stopping to write. Has anyone else found that speaking your thoughts works better than typing them out for work stuff?
