Vent: guy at the roastery in Denver said drinking coffee after 2pm is just a caffeine habit, and I cant stop thinking about it
I was waiting on a pour over at a shop off Larimer last Saturday and the guy next to me said anyone drinking coffee after 2pm isnt tasting it anymore, theyre just chasing a habit. That stung a little since I drink a cup around 3 every day and always figured it was my little reward. Now I keep catching myself at my desk wondering if I actually want it or if I just want the break. So for the afternoon crowd here, whats your rule, do you drink it slow and actually taste it or is it straight up just the ritual?
