Three bad afternoons in a row, then Thursday fixed everything
Last week was rough. Monday my usual 3pm pour over tasted like mud, Tuesday the shop in Portland ran out of my favorite beans, and Wednesday I spilled half a cup on my keyboard. But Thursday I grabbed a random Kenyan roast at a little place on 12th and it was so bright and clean I drank three cups by 5pm. Has anyone else had a week where one random cup just wiped out all the bad ones?

My buddy Dave had a whole week ruined by bad espresso shots, then found a random dim sum place that served a perfect cup and he said it felt like the week never happened. One good pour can honestly erase three bad days, no question.
