My 3pm pour over ritual changed after a barista in Portland showed me one thing
I used to just dump hot water over grounds and hope for the best. Then this barista at a tiny shop on Hawthorne watched me do it and said my pour was too fast. Slowed it way down to about 4 minutes total, and now my afternoon cup tastes like a completely different drink. Anyone else have a random stranger fix a habit you didn't know was broken?
