My 3pm French press cracked all over the counter and I'm out a whole pot
So I'm on my second cup of the day, right? It's like 3:15 on Tuesday and I'm finally sitting down after a long morning. Grab the French press to make a fresh pot, pour the water in, and the whole glass just splits. Coffee and grounds everywhere. Counter, floor, even on the dog. I had to mop at 3pm like some kind of maniac. Been using that press for about 2 years so I guess it was just its time. Picked up a cheap replacement at the store near me in Dayton but honestly it pours weird. Anybody got a press that's lasted them more than a couple years? Or should I just give up and go back to the drip machine after lunch?
